Pulse Patch Notes v1.10.0.2 (Beta)

Today on Ztech Network, we release a new patch for Pulse! This update is the second build for the v1.10.0 beta! There will be a PC Edition coming out later in the year. The changelog for this build is below.

- Some features/settings are now only available on the PC Edition

- Now known as Pulse Java Edition
